OMG, we have June, already, even if it feels like the beginning of May. It is crazy how fast time goes by. You blink and three days have past, unbelievable. It is the same with the second semester. In less than four weeks I will write my first exam, but it feels like I just have started the semester…
Anyway, what happened in May?
It started with the “Gerna”, a Bavaria folk festival, where I have drunk my first “Halbe”. It means “half” and is a glass, fild with half a liter of beer. I don’t like beer that much, but it was okay, not that bad actually.
Travel wise, I didn’t see that much. I went to Passau and Schräding. Both cities are worth a visit. Schräding with its narrow streets, colorful buildings and cozy niches, and Passau with its huge cathedral filled with all its splendor, the three rivers that become one and it’s lovely small shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed both cities and would recommend everyone who is in the south-east of Germany or north-west of Austria to include them into your route. If you want to read more about my trip to Schräding click here.
Otherwise hasn’t happened that much, but that’s okay. Not every month can be something special. The most important thing is, that you are happy 😊
